Role Overview
Abound is seeking an experienced and dynamic Programs Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and success of our programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to drive program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and customer-centric mission.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy and Planning:
- Design and implement programs that align with Abound’s strategic goals.
- Conduct research to identify market trends and customer needs to shape program initiatives.
Execution and Management:
- Oversee end-to-end program lifecycles, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure program success.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate program updates, performance metrics, and results to key stakeholders and leadership.
Performance Monitoring:
- Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate program impact and effectiveness.
- Continuously improve processes based on data-driven insights and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in fintech or related industries.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a track record of managing complex projects.
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Passion for fintech and a customer-first approach.
